Shipping & Returns
As a small operation, orders are filled and ready to ship within 2 business days. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped by USPS. You can choose either First-Class shipping (5-7 business days) or Priority shipping (1-3 days). On average please allow 5-7 days to receive your product. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact customer service.
Uzuri Botanicals will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information shows delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
As an added layer of security, we do Insure each package that we ship. We also offer Signature on Delivery by request. We encourage you to use this option if you are concerned with the security of your delivery.
We now offer First-class International shipping on all orders. International deliveries can take up to 14 days for delivery. Please keep in mind that there are currently delays with the USPS and they are not guaranteeing delivery times. If you need your order sooner, please email us.
*Free (First Class) Shipping is applied to orders over $50 that are shipped to destinations in the US. Free (priority Shipping is applied to orders over $75 that are shipped to destinations in the US.
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please keep in mind that once orders are processed, we will not be able to change the shipping address. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package. Uzuri Botanicals is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your product, we are happy to provide you with a store credit for the price of the item purchased.
If the product is damaged during shipping please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement.
