When will my order ship?


Orders typically ship within 48 hours after being placed, however, during holidays and periods of increased volume, processing can take 3-5 business days.




Do you ship internationally?


For now, we only ship within the contiguous United States.




How do I track my order?


We will email your tracking information once your order has shipped.




What is your cancellation/refund policy?


We make our products in small batches and due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.

While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we highly value your satisfaction. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us within five (5) days from the date you received your order and we will provide a replacement.




What if I need to change the delivery address?


If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please keep in mind that once orders are processed, we will not be able to change the shipping address.




What happens if my package is lost or stolen?


Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service for delivery we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
